Hydra was founded by CC, a former athlete who was tired of mixing powders, tablets, and anything else that made hydration feel like a chore. She wanted something cleaner, simpler, and made with ingredients she trusted, formulated for real bioavailability and absorption. Dani, who brings a medical background, helped turn that idea from frustration into formulation. Together, they built Hydra inside Harvard’s Launch Lab, creating products that make hydration easy, effective, and enjoyable.
