Hydration, Reimagined
Hydra was founded by CC, a former competitive athlete who got tired of hydration that felt like a chore. Every powder and tablet on the market seemed to trade real ingredients for shortcuts, so she decided to build something better herself.
The Search
A search that led to the Great Salt Lake
CC didn't want synthetic electrolytes dressed up as natural. She spent months researching mineral sources before landing on the Great Salt Lake — one of the few places on earth where sodium, potassium, magnesium, and chloride occur together, in their natural ionic form, exactly as the body already knows how to use them.
The Build
Built inside Harvard's Launch Lab
The first formulas were mixed and tested inside Harvard's Launch Lab, dropper by dropper, batch by batch. No shortcuts, no fillers, just real minerals, purified water, and enough trial and error to get the ratio right. It took over a year of testing before the first bottle felt finished.
